Data we collect
When you send a quote request through our form, we collect the information you provide: name, organisation, email, phone, estimated quantity, event date and message. When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email and message. We process this data solely to answer your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.
Storage and processors
Data is stored on our service providers' infrastructure (Lovable for hosting, Supabase for the database). These providers process the data on our instructions and under contractual safeguards.
No sale, no advertising trackers
We do not sell your data. This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers, which may process your IP address when the fonts are fetched by your browser. The contact page embeds a Google Maps map; when it loads, Google may process your IP address and set cookies.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request or the ensuing business relationship.
Your rights
